Flute
Damon Williams serves as Head of Product at Flute, where he shapes product strategy, product org design, and product operating model, among other accountabilities. Before Flute, he built and ran product organizations at a $26B health system, a PE-backed SaaS platform, Electronic Arts, and PayPal. The work he is proudest of tends to be the least visible: org structure, job ladders, performance criteria, and the training that moves a team from delivering projects to owning products. Damon holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is the sole author of Pro PayPal E-Commerce (Apress, 2007).
