Fallyn is an operations and compliance executive with more than 25 years in payments. She currently serves as Vice President of Operations and Operational Compliance at Flute, where she leads compliance initiatives across operations, banking, processor, and card brand relationships, building scalable operational frameworks grounded in card brand rules and regulatory integrity. Outside of work, she's a 4th-degree black belt in taekwondo, enjoys gaming, anime, and reading, and is an avid outdoor enthusiast. She spends her free time hiking, fishing, and exploring national parks with her husband, four children, and grandchild.
